Improve gitlab flow doc

@sytses recommended that I read up on the GitLab flow. In the process of doing so, I found several ways that the official documentation could be easily improved, so I created a merge request to do so.

  • This needs to be backported to CE.

  • Ah, I didn't realize this was in the CE repo, as well! I discovered this document by following the link at the top of this page: https://about.gitlab.com/2014/09/29/gitlab-flow/ Should that page link to the CE doc, instead? Or at least inform the reader that there are two different pages they can consult, depending on which version of the software they're using?
