Creating new community fails

1. Go to "create room popup"
2. Click the "Create new community" link
3. Enter name of new community
4. Click "Next" button

I get the message "Allow private repo access on the Github org or make your org membership public. We are forbidden from seeing what is going on". The mouse cursor on the button shows a red circle with a diagonal red line through it. I cannot proceed.

@generateui I assume you are trying to create a community with the same name as something on GitHub. The only way to do this is to associate the GitHub org and the message is trying to convey that if you have ownership of that GitHub org, grant private repo access or make your org membership public.

The message could be improved though.
