Update smtp.md to include additional setup details for Gmail.

When configuring our SMTP email on our Gitlab CE instance, I ran into an authentication issue with Gmail.

A quick Google revealed both the solution and that this was already documented on the "Reply by email" docs.

This MR ports the info from the "Reply by email" doc over to the "SMTP settings" doc. Hopefully this saves folks a few minutes of troubleshooting in the future. 😃

Per some discussion on a previous issue (!1252), this also adds a warning to the Gmail configuration section regarding sending limits.
