Updating GitLab Mattermost to v3.10.0 for GitLab 9.3

Mattermost 3.10 has been tested with GitLab SSO with official release on June 16 from https://about.mattermost.com/download/.

Mattermost team is ready to test GitLab 9.3 omnibus RC for both upgrade and new install.

Release highlights include:

  • New Turkish translations for the user interface
  • New and improved keyboard shortcuts and channel switcher

There are no security updates in Mattermost 3.10 affecting Team Edition.
