Switch back to the wrapper asset compile command and up the timeout
The original timeout was causing issues with our pi builds.
I have switched the timeout to be 4hrs. (After still having failing builds at 2hrs)
Do not update/delete: Banner broadcast message test data
Do not update/delete: Notification broadcast message test data
