This MR adds Omnibus support for the features introduced in the https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/merge_requests/12968 merge request (in line with the GitLab CE issue https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues/34817).

The features are generalized profile updates for OmniAuth providers by introducing the sync_profile_from_provider and sync_profile_attributes options.
