Update smtp.md: need to disable STARTTLS for a simple postfix installation to work out of the box
I updated the SMTP configuration guide to get a simple postfix+gitlab installation working out of the box. The previous guide did not mention the fact that disabling STARTTLS is required since it is not enabled in a freshly installed postfix.
