Add an escalation order to final RC and final release steps.
This proposal is an idea that came up during the conversation with @sytses.
It suggests stricter guidelines on the final RC and final release. The goal is to have an easier, stress free release day and ensures that we do not miss our schedule.
The proposal also gives clearer steps to escalate in case of issues. It includes escalating to CTO and CEO in case of issues. Hopefully, this escalation will never be necessary.
