iTerm2 Crashes

Unfortunately I don't recall specifically what was happening when each of these crashes occurred. The most recent (iTerm_2010-07-28-145219_mojito.crash) was when iTerm was idle with several windows open. I was working in another app when it crashed.

I'm pretty sure a couple of the crashes took place when switching focus back to iTerm. Another was when opening a new tab.

All crashes were at the same spot as issue #11 (closed). Fixed in a3.
