Break up links with nested formating

Breaks up "block links" to be simpler and contain less "structure" (i.e. HTML) so that the structure is outside and the links encapsulate only the text.
Depends on merge request #1127. This is also in preparation for changes regarding #527 (closed).

Hi,, May be some one know answer. Our team needs more darkness design (content region), i've tried to change cscc files, but i can't precompile application.css I have cleaned all caches,but nothing, I
v restarted gitlab, redis ant its the same. Where stores this precompilled css??please help

@tabac1, please, if you need some help - open new issue. You shouldn't post your question at every known issue. As for your problem - i think this is not an GitLab issue, you should search an answer relative to the RoR as a whole.
