Add SSH custom port support for install/installation.md

I add the custom SSH port support. In many VPS systems, the SSH port is sometimes not 22. So I think this is very important. After create the config file, the git will work correctly.

I'd rather see this in the public wiki since it is not a "common" installation scenario.

Because I see the Custom Redis Connection section, so I add this section and thought it may be useful for some people. I do think that a lot of people change their SSH port for security.
