Teams of members.

First, a bit of logic:

Was intended:

Any active user can create a Team
Editing Team available for owner of this team, for administrators of team and and for Global Gitlab administrators
The team members can specify the role of the Guest, Reporter, Developer, Master, which are then applied to them in the project, which assigned a team. Besides the usual roles, the user can simply be a member or a team administrator
You can assign a team to project for execution. In addition, you can choose the maximum role (a Guest, Reporter, Developer, Master), which members of the team will be in the project. Roles defined in the team on the project will overlap with the peak of the pre-existing rights.
On the page you can see the activity of team and projects to which it belongs, the Issues and the MR (as on projects group page)

What happened:

User can see on main navigation bar link to all teams page and can go to the page that displays all of the team of members. In the teams you can view the projects that are assigned to team and the people who are members of team.
