    I don't found on your link (databases installation instructions) comment or instruction to install this package. And i already have followed them before meeting this issue.

    Look at the postgres section

     # Install the database packages
     sudo apt-get install -y postgresql-9.1 libpq-dev

    Except i didn't use postrgesql but mysql. I think i missed something during installation, i make it again beeing careful to have --without postgres in bundle install and everything is ok.

    Forget this pull request sorry.
