Upgrading from 5-0-stable to 5-4-stable, all activities were lost and some UI style ( issues filter and comments...) error occur. Need precompile assets to fix them.

    I didn't had to perform this step, so i'm not sure if it goes for everyone?

    I did precompile while upgrading 5.0 to 5.1, but after upgrading to 5.4, all activities lost. This step fixed it.

    There is no harm in precompiling the assets so I think we should do it anyways to make sure they are up-to-date.
