update gitlab:check to look for update hook, not post-receive

post-receive was taken out of gitlab-shell, but check still looks for it. Updated it so it looks for update instead. Fixes #4811 (closed)

It didn't fail, the tests running for Ruby 2.0.0 stopped because it lasted over 50 minutes. See https://travis-ci.org/gitlabhq/gitlabhq/jobs/10688121#L2307

If you look, 1.9.3 passed.
