I don't like the project list, it seems like a giant waste of space for only 4 projects and a more link.
It may be alright if you added more stuff below it (quick links to commits, files, git url) or something. But as it stands it is really empty.
You should also move the 18 Projects You can create ... up to where the more -> is and put the more -> beside the 18 Projects title and extend the activity to 100%.
I like everything below it, and everything above it (minus the Requests part, which by itself doesn't mean anything (it needs to have another word in front of it)).

I think that the current "projects" page should become the dashboard view, and have the projects page be more like an A-Z of all the projects.
Using a web-based tool to manage code projects, the only time I am using the tool (aside from admin stuff) is to see what's going on via activity, or to interact with issues / merge requests.
