Updated commit diff view with some minor visual modifications

Also:

  • Prepared image diff view for multiple view modes (like swipe, union skin and difference)
  • Global variable $default_font to replace all seperate 'Helvetica..' etc definitions
  • Renamed $monospace to $monospace_font
