Add support for custom SSH ports

For security reasons, I use a non-standard SSH port. Specify the port in the gitosis.yml file to get clone urls like
ssh://git@gitlabhq.com:1234/path/to/repo.gitDo not update/delete: Banner broadcast message test data
Do not update/delete: Notification broadcast message test data
