group issues by milestone, then project; sort by milestone date

This changes a user's dashboard/issues page to be a bit more helpful in project planning and personal organization by listing issues in chronological order, as determined by milestone dates.

  • Issues are first grouped by milestone (with soonest milestones first), then grouped by project
  • The due dates for each group are displayed
  • Issues with no milestone float to the top
