Add ability to set different ssh host, if different from http/https

We have a different HTTPS route to GitLab than SSH. This addresses issue #6826 (closed). I've added ability to set a different ssh_host, if needed. This way, the project dashboard page correctly displays both, SSH and HTTP/HTTPS paths.
