Fix link to owner of group and team in admin interface

The links to the owner of a group / team in the admin interface at [group/team]/index looks like this:

https://[Gitlab_Domain]/admin/users/1

and result in a 404.

Now they look like this https://[Gitlab_Domain]/admin/users/jojosch
