Update directions for using custom Omniauth Provider

Add directions to stop GitLab, correct command and switches to install new gem(s) added to Gemfile, edit oauth_helper function block to include graphics for provider login and asset recompile to include graphis then restart GitLab. See issue #4568 (closed)
