Login to docker registry for pipelines from omnibus-gitlab security mirror

What does this MR do and why?

With https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/omnibus-gitlab/-/merge_requests/6296, package and images are now built in security mirror instead of omnibus-gitlab-mirror, and are pushed to that registry. Since the project is private, we need to login before pulling docker images.
