Use static descriptive names for gitlab instances in import scenario

What does this MR do and why?

Uses static names for gitlab instance containers instead of randomly generated ones.

Makes it easier when running locally or to simply understand which host is which (technically they are identical, but one is explicitly passed as source via env variable so it's much easier when names explicitly state what is what)
