Pass ci_job_name_slug in to test container

What does this MR do and why?

Pass through CI_JOB_NAME_SLUG variable in to test container. This is needed for https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab/-/blob/master/qa/qa/support/formatters/test_metrics_formatter.rb#L77 to work correctly.
