Recognise staging-orchestrated pipelines

Staging-orchestrated pipelines run in the gitlab-qa project but the report title says "master"

E.g: https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/testcase-sessions/-/issues/33

This detects when the tests run in gitlab-qa but were triggered on ops.gitlab.net. Currently that only includes staging-orchestrated tests, but if that changes we'll need a different solution.
