Correct test session report titling logic for appending qa_run_type with the appropriate test subset name

As part of https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/quality/team-tasks/-/issues/1018 we want to add the test subset name to the test session title. My initial attempt to do this failed, but this patch should correct that issue.
