Label text contrast

Implementation of https://gitlab.com/kivymd/KivyMD/issues/48

Currently done some tidying/rearranging of dict values and implementation of the core algorithm. Linking up to label/theming is the next step. The new external module is called theming_dynamic_text, better name proposal would be appreciated.
