issue #117 card save in local storage while card not save on remote storage

This merge allow save on local storage while user doesn't create new issue. After issue create local storage clearing.
Data save by key kb:{project_id}:card:new, example: kb:12345:card:new
Update
Cancel button add for clearing history about prevent issue without creating.
