emails to list-join and list-confirm shouldn't process the message as commands
A message to the list-join address works as a subscription request, but the subject and initial body lines are processed as commands as it they were sent to -request instead of -join. Thus, the user gets two replies: a confirmation request and a results of your commands like

Subject: I want to subscribe

- Done.
The user should just get the confirmation request or the welcome message depending on list settings or maybe if subscribe requires moderation only a 'results' email without the No such command: stuff.
Then the user confirms and should get just the welcome message, but also gets a second results of your email commands:
