Lists can now be filtered by domain.

username-removed-273171 requested to merge mathuin/postorius:filter-lists-by-domain into master

As postorius/mailman3 already support multiple domains, this adds ability to filter the list index based on the current domain that Postorius is served from.

This is essentially the same code as in MR !7 (closed) , updated to current master.
