[FEATURE] Set default expiration time in config

username-removed-723805 requested to merge pixelbrackets/Jirafeau:20170113_set-default-expiration-time into master

Enable the admin to set a default expiration time in the configuration time. This way the upload form may offer "hour", "day", "month" as available expiration times and "day" is preselected.

Default in the original configuration is "month" (so the current behaviour wont change after an update if the local config wasnt changed after the first installation).

This fixes #57 (closed)
