connecting / disconnecting external monitor resets window order

Hello, I installed tin2 specifically because I like to make a custom order of the open windows by mouse dragging. I want to have company instant messaging first, Lotus Notes second, Browser third and so on. Not in the order they were launched. Unfortunately when I connect/disconnect external monitor this order gets reset every time. Please check and fix
