Deal with WiFi disconnects while showing swap screen

Perhaps it should navigate back to the "join same wifi" screen, or maybe something else is more appropriate. Either way, it will need to be dealt with.

Milestone changed to Stable release with swap ui

The same should be said when trying to download an app from a swap repo. If the connection has gone dead, we should give a very specific message relating to swap.
