Using around filters to wrap an example into a pending block doesn't work

Hi guys,

I've added another failing feature. I would like to wrap examples that have been tagged into a pending block so I can set many examples at once to pending. I want be able to put them in a block so I'll get failures when they are passing and I should unpend them.

Does that make sense and is it possible?
