Tags and Shared Example Group

While tags aren't being picked up by Relishapp yet, I thought it would be a good idea to go around tagging things that may be grouped together for easier searching or viewing. So that examples buried inside of other areas would be exposed. It seemed particularly useful for examples that demonstrated configuration.

I also updated the shared_examples_for using member variables. That is perhaps out of favor, however, I think some of the changes to the story description would likely be a benefit.
