gitignore: ignore *.VC.db files

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/tniessen/ignore-is-vc-db into master

Recent versions of Visual Studio seem to have switched from *.sdf to *.VC.db for the IntelliSense cache (hopefully someone from @nodejs/platform-windows can confirm).
