buffer: set toStringTag to buffer

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/BridgeAR/make-buffer-say-so into master

This makes sure using Object.prototype.toString.call() on a buffer does not return [object Uint8Array] but [object Buffer].
