module: simpler esm loading

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/BridgeAR/simpler-esm-loading into master

This simplifies loading the experimental modules. Instead of always checking for them we should eagerly load the functions in case the experimental modules flag is passed through.

  • make -j4 test (UNIX), or vcbuild test (Windows) passes
  • tests and/or benchmarks are included
  • documentation is changed or added
  • commit message follows commit guidelines
