doc: update issues.md (gendermag)

As part of a project at oregon state university, my team and I ran through Node's documentation with an eye towards the GenderMag framework (http://gendermag.org/) to look at whether the readme/issues doc was inclusive for all types of new developers. This proposed change is geared towards helping folks who are aligned with the Abi personality feel more comfortable figuring out how to get started with contributing to Node.
