Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/addaleax/v8-backport-handlify into master

This unbreaks debug build CI, see https://github.com/nodejs/node/pull/28847 for details.

Original commit message:

[code-serializer] Handlify in CodeSerializer::Deserialize

This section potentially contains allocations and thus gc, all object
references should be handlified.
