http: OutgoingMessage inherit EE

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/nxtedition/http-no-legacy into master

There is no obvious reason to why OutgoingMessage needs to inherit legacy stream.

If there is a reason we should probably add a comment clarifying.
