cluster: remove the useless parameter for master

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/SEWeiTung/removeUselessParameter into master

It seems that at 'RoundRobinHandle', the 'addressType' isn't used but just used at 'SharedHandle', so remove this useless parameter and its related files.

  • make -j4 test (UNIX), or vcbuild test (Windows) passes
  • tests and/or benchmarks are included
  • documentation is changed or added
  • commit message follows commit guidelines
