Ryko/fix dark mode

I didn't like the light mode scrollbars in the dark mode theme:

So I added css and some js to change them.

If I'm missing something here I am more than happy to change something.

I often read your documentation and as a frontend developer something like lightmode scrollbars on a darkmode website really bothers me.
