napi：napi_promise_then

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/dengweichi/napi_promise_callback into master

Added the then callback processing of napi's promise. This way we can use promise callback processing in the native layer.

I have a doubt. There is no connection between the place where I changed and the place where the test-linux error is reported.
