test: do not run `test-corepack-yarn-install` with no internet

Rodrigo Muino Tomonari requested to merge github/fork/aduh95/yarn-test-internet into master

It looks like this test requires internet access to succeed, moving it to the relevant folder. I've also added a line to dump stdout when the test fails as it contains relevant info to understand the failure.
