doc: add introduction sentence for CJS

Based on https://github.com/nodejs/node/blob/a01302b8dfaa9aa6290cd6bee552c4ce30dca34c/doc/api/esm.md#L62-L64

It looks weird to me not to introduce what CJS is on its docs, and to call it the Node.js module system.
