doc: move addaleax to TSC emiriti

I want to ensure that software projects that carry my name on them make decisions and maintain a public image that I can genuinely stand behind. I am not expecting my level of involvement in Node.js to change, and that means that I'd rather communicate that fact clearly than give the impression that I have the influence over project decisions to the degree implied by the "TSC member" label.
