repl: command config

What is config

config is a command which you can edit user preferences, such as the prompt (currently, it is only the prompt, but in the future, i may add something like default save path or something)

What i may do

i could also try to add a terminal command, where it gives you a simple terminal (like a linux terminal but only really simple commands such as touch and cd
