doc, meta: replace command with link to keys

This PR updates the "Verifying Binaries" section by removing the command to download a single user's (@BethGriggs) release keys. Instead, users should visit the links to the section for downloading all release keys.

Note: This doesn't remove any release keys, but removes one instance that is listed multiple times.
